Samuel is an experienced Data Scientist with over 15 years experience in data management, research, and analytics. He has worked on projects in complex multi-cultural environments where he has driven migration to new analytics platforms such as DHIS2. For the past three years Sam has been a key member of the team that provides technical support for PEPFAR’s annual target setting process. In addition to working directly with BAO clients, Sam also focuses on enhancing support throughout BAO’s portfolio of products and services for self-service and advanced analytics such as self-service data preparation and automated machine learning. Prior to joining BAO systems, Sam was the Monitoring and Surveillance Tools Program Manager for Médecins Sans Frontières Operational Centre Brussels. He holds an MPhil in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and is based in Brussels, Belgium.
