Chengetai has over ten years of experience in implementing strategic information systems in the non-profit sector. He is experienced in conceptualization, strategic planning, and managing robust M&E systems both at the local and regional level. Chengetai has played a role in the design and implementation of various research projects, including evaluations, assessments, and mapping exercises. He has experience in customization, management, maintenance, and governance of DHIS2 and mobile data collection platforms across multiple countries, including the Zimbabwe National MoHCC DHIS2 platform. Chengetai played a role in designing and implementing various Site Improvement and Monitoring Systems (SIMS) and Data Quality Assessments in line with USAID and PEPFAR requirements, and led a team of M&E managers within the READY+ consortium. He has relevant experience in planning, monitoring, and evaluation of donor specific programming at USAID, UNICEF and the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria as well as philanthropies and foundations such as, EJAF, BMSF and ELMA.
