This is a great session for DHIS2 users who want to learn the new analytic features released in 2.35+ for the Data Visualizer and Maps applications. The target audience for this Bootcamp includes, but is not limited to, program managers, monitoring and evaluation staff, and donors.

Course description

Over the last few releases of DHIS2, the Data Visualizer and Maps applications have received significant upgrades and new features to improve data visualization. If you want to keep up with the newest data visualization and analysis features, this Bootcamp is for you. In this Bootcamp, you will learn how to use the new analytic features to create impactful data visualizations. Experienced DHIS2 trainers will guide you through the important information you need to know and demonstrate how the latest features enhance data visualization in DHIS2.

This Bootcamp will cover new features including: 

  • Data visualization: Scatter plots, two category charts, combination charts, and new chart style options
  • Maps: Population and Google Earth Engine maps, event data table, and bubble maps
  • Dashboards: Full screen items, mobile friendly dashboards, printing, and filter settings
